Build good habits

Get in the habit of doing the things you want to do. It's as easy as 1, 2, 3 - and 3 is optional. :)

1. Define a habit and goal

Exercise every day

start today for 30 days

Do strength, cardio, and stretches two times per week each. Rest one day.

2. Track your progress

16 Jun Next Rest day, don't want to overdo it in my first week.
15 Jun Check Stretch and strength. 4 x 20 pushups. 3 x 5 pullups.
14 Jun Check Cardio. Ran up 4 x 16 flights of stairs.

3. Start or join a group for motivation and advice
