The story behind loopdo
Many people struggle to change their habits. Habit change seems difficult because it is marked by frequent failure in the beginning of the process, and because it is hard to see trends clearly, especially in the short term.
Loopdo is my humble attempt to assist myself, and anyone else who is interested, in forming new and better habits. Rather than just giving advice, I want to provide a practical tool to focus on the essential parts of habit formation and long-term success: doing things repeatedly and frequently.
We get better at anything by doing it over and over again, that's why the name of this site is loopdo. Read more on my blog about how to change your habits.
